Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Viand Dexterity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



1. You have [3] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Any returns request made after [3] calendar days from the date you received the item shall be invalid and shall not be processed by Viand Dexterity.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4. We reserve the rights to request from you proof of damaged, substandard, or missing Goods (photograph). All proof must also be provided to us within three [3] calendar days from the date of Delivery for refunds to be considered.

5. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



1. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. All refunds for orders will be processed net of discount. For example, if you used a 10% discount voucher for your order and would like to reject an item which has an original price of RM20, your final refund amount for the item will be RM18. Another example, if you used a RM10 voucher for a bill of RM200 in total and would like to return an item which has an original price of RM20, your final refund amount will be RM19. 

3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by Bank Transfer. 

4. You will receive the credit within (7) Seven business days.



1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. To ship the products, it is require to be place in Styrofoam box, aluminium bag, with ice pack or with temperature control logistics or same-day delivery service like Mr.Speedy to unsure the products are in original conditions. 

What Are The Items Eligible for Returns?

We only accept returns for:

  1. Items damaged on delivery;

  2. Loose packs (applicable to vacuum packed items);

  3. Spoiled / defective items; 

  4. Wrong items delivered;

  5. Expired items;


Exchange of items is not applicable.

Order Cancellation

  1. Refunds will be made at our sole discretion and will only be processed upon our review and successful verification of order cancellation.

  2. We will only accept orders that are canceled 24 hours before the delivery/pickup time. Any request made within 24 hours to the delivery/pickup time will be rejected.

  3. Once the order cancellation has been approved by the company, we will provide a status update on the refund to you via email as soon as practical.

  4. We will refund the amount according to the payment used to make the order:

    1. Debit/Credit Card:

      1. We will refund your Debit/Credit Card.

    2. Online Bank Transfer & e-Wallet:

      1. We will refund using Online Bank Transfer.

  5. The refund process will begin within five [5] working days from the date of approval of refund. Note that the bank will take an additional of approximately [14] working days to process the refund.

Situations Where We Cannot Refund:

  1. The item is not in its original packaging;

  2. Item returned is not eligible for returns;

Guided Process For Returns & Refund:

  1. Inspect your items when you receive the package.

  2. Take photos of the item that is eligible for returns.

  3. Send the photos alongside the reasons for returns to this email: viand.d.assist@gmail.com

  4. Our customer service will review your request and communicate with you to arrange shipping for the items to be returned to us.

  5. If your refund is approved, the process will begin through online banking.
